Born in a warm August day of the early Eighties’ as a second child to a humble couple of the Former Yugoslavia which is now known as Kosovo.
Edis Potori lived in his hometown of Prizren until he graduated from high school and then life took him on an adventure ever since. He graduated, from Mimar Sinan University with a degree on Photography where he kept on working with well-known Photographers of Istanbul. Afterwards he came back home and started giving photography classes in Prizren.
In 2010, he moved to Sweden and was hired as a photo reporter in the Newspapers of Folket, Eskilstuna Kuriren, Länstidningen.
In 2016-2017, he went back on studying Media Institute where this time he choose to specialise in video journalist & Film production. As of 2017 he works in the team of Valtech as Film Producer and Photographer.
The digital transformation industry was a completely new field for Edis, and there he had the opportunity to develop much more within digital services. During this time, he constantly worked on creating visual content. Cancerfonden, AstraZeneca, UHR, the National Board of Health and Welfare, Forex, BMW, BNP Paribas Nordic, VALYO, and Grundfos are some of the clients he worked with as a consultant at Valtech.
 As a consultant in Cancerfonden's content team in the role of photographer and director, he won silver in the “Publishingpriset” in the category Best Information Sites for his work with Cancerfonden.
